3. The Streemrz Privacy Oath

We are a privacy-first platform hosted in the United States. We explicitly commit to the following:

  • No Data Harvesting: We do not use hidden telemetry, browser tracking, or hidden data-mining for resale.
  • No Selling of Data: Your personal information, social handles, connected account data, and site activity will not be sold to third parties.
  • API Key Security: Stream, overlay, and integration credentials are used only for the features you enable, such as live-status detection, overlays, cloud sync, and creator tools.
  • Security: Sensitive tokens and credentials should be stored using encryption or secure server-side handling where supported by the platform.

4. Accounts, Roles, and Community Conduct

  • One Account: Users should maintain one primary Streemrz account unless Streemrz grants written permission for additional accounts.
  • Role Accuracy: Users must not misrepresent themselves, their brand, their creator status, or their rights to uploaded content.
  • Brand Verification: Brand roles may require manual review by the Streemrz admin team before approval.
  • Conduct: Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, illegal content, fraud, spam, or attempts to evade moderation may result in account restrictions or removal.
  • Unified Identity: Your Streemrz identity may also be used for Dojo, Spritez, Marketplace, community profiles, cloud overlays, and other Streemrz services.

5. Intellectual Property and Streemrz Products

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, rebrand, or redistribute Streemrz-owned platform code, designs, hosted services, branding, or proprietary workflows except where Streemrz expressly allows it.

6. User Content and Licensing

  • Your Responsibility: You are responsible for ensuring that any content, code, music, artwork, overlays, templates, sprites, models, clips, files, or other materials you upload are yours or are properly licensed for the use you grant.
  • No Infringing Uploads: You must not upload copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, stolen, or restricted content unless you have the rights needed to upload and distribute it through Streemrz.
  • Hosting License: By uploading content, you grant Streemrz a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, process, watermark, preview, promote, distribute, and provide access to that content as needed to operate the platform.
  • Creator Rights: Unless you transfer rights separately, you retain your ownership rights in your original uploaded content.
  • Removal: Streemrz may remove content that appears unlawful, infringing, unsafe, malicious, misleading, or against platform rules.

8. Payments, Taxes, Fees, and Platform Cut

  • Payment Provider: Streemrz may use Stripe or another payment processor for paid downloads, subscriptions, memberships, commissions, and other paid features.
  • Platform Fees: Streemrz may take a platform fee or percentage from paid digital downloads, creator memberships, commissions, and other paid marketplace transactions.
  • Taxes: Prices may be subject to applicable sales tax, VAT, or other taxes. Taxes may be calculated and collected by the payment processor or Streemrz where required.
  • Creator Payouts: Creator payout features require the creator to complete any required payment-provider onboarding, identity checks, tax information, and banking requirements.
  • Streemrz Boostz: Streemrz Boostz are platform subscription tiers paid to Streemrz for platform features. Boostz are separate from creator memberships and marketplace downloads.
  • Creator Memberships: Creator memberships may be offered on creator community profile pages. Unless otherwise stated, creator memberships may use an 80/20 split, with 20% retained by Streemrz.

10. Refunds and Cancellations

Streemrz may issue refunds, credits, cancellations, reversals, or account actions at its discretion or where required by applicable law or payment-provider rules.

12. Limitation of Liability

You are responsible for backing up your own files, stream assets, configuration, account data, creative work, and downloaded content.

13. Streemrz Messaging and Collab Contact

Users who make themselves publicly available in Collabs acknowledge that other opted-in Collab users may contact them through Streemrz messaging for reasonable collaboration purposes. Account messaging settings control general message access where applicable, but public Collab participation is treated as consent to receive appropriate Collab-related contact from other Collab users.

Messages may include URLs and links. Users are responsible for the links they send and should not share malicious, deceptive, illegal, or unsafe links. Streemrz may moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve messages where needed for safety, abuse prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement of these Terms.

Standard messages are retained for approximately 6 months before older messages may be deleted. Some records may be retained longer where required for legal, security, moderation, dispute, or operational reasons.

14. Messaging Safety, Blocking, and Content Scanning

Users may delete conversations from their own view. Deleted conversation trails may remain in backend systems for a limited period for operational, safety, abuse-prevention, dispute, moderation, and legal reasons before becoming eligible for deletion. Streemrz may retain records longer where reasonably required for investigations, compliance, disputes, or security.

Messages and links may be monitored by automated scripts, safety tooling, moderation systems, and/or authorised staff to detect spam, harassment, abuse, malware, phishing, unsafe content, inappropriate content, and Terms violations. Streemrz may block, remove, restrict, preserve, or act on message content where necessary to protect users, creators, the platform, and the public.

Because Streemrz is a creator and community platform, pornographic, explicit sexual, adult-content, escort, cam, or similar links are not permitted in messages. Users must not send sexualised, exploitative, illegal, malicious, deceptive, or unsafe links or content through Streemrz messaging.

15. Messaging Operational Notices

Streemrz messages are intended for short creator-to-creator communication. Standard message bodies may be limited to 280 characters unless a future tier or feature expressly allows longer messages.

Messages may contain public http or https links. Where metadata is safely available, Streemrz may show a preview card using page title, description, site name, thumbnail, and canonical URL information. Link previews are metadata summaries only and do not mean Streemrz endorses or verifies the linked content.

Standard messages are retained for approximately 180 days. When a user deletes a conversation from their own view, the conversation trail is removed from that user's front end immediately and may remain in backend systems for approximately 30 days before becoming eligible for purge, subject to safety, moderation, abuse-prevention, dispute, legal, and operational needs.

Pornographic, explicit sexual, adult-content, escort, cam, or similar links are prohibited in Streemrz messages. Streemrz may automatically block, scan, remove, restrict, retain, or review messages and links to enforce safety rules and these Terms.

16. Messaging Media, Reactions, and Attachments

Streemrz messages may support emoji reactions and approved media attachments such as images, GIFs, audio, and video. Attachment availability, file types, size limits, storage, and retention may vary by account tier, platform settings, safety rules, and operational limits.

Uploaded and pasted media is checked using file extension and MIME/type information. Streemrz may reject files that are oversized, unsupported, incorrectly labelled, suspicious, unsafe, harmful, illegal, sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise unsuitable for the platform.

External media URLs may be displayed only as safe metadata previews where possible. Streemrz does not execute external scripts or embed arbitrary external HTML in messages.

18. Messaging Privacy, AI Moderation, Human Review, and Enforcement

Private messaging privacy: Streemrz private messages are intended for the conversation participants. Streemrz administrators and staff must not casually browse private message bodies through Django Admin or general maintenance tools. Private message content may be reviewed only through an authorised moderation workflow when a message is automatically flagged, reported by a user, connected to a high-risk link or attachment, required for platform safety, required for legal/compliance reasons, or otherwise necessary to protect users, creators, Streemrz, or the public.

Guardian moderation: Streemrz may use Guardian safety tooling to scan messages, links, attachment metadata, and related safety signals for spam, phishing, malware, scams, harassment, threats, sexual exploitation, illegal content, public-safety concerns, platform abuse, and Terms violations. Guardian may include deterministic rules, blocked-domain checks, file safety checks, user reports, and optional AI-assisted moderation.

AI-assisted moderation: When enabled, AI moderation is used as a safety signal and recommendation tool. Streemrz may send a limited privacy-preserving payload for the current message being checked, such as message text, link domain or URL information depending on safety settings, and attachment metadata such as filename, extension, size, and MIME/type. Streemrz does not use AI moderation as permission for staff to browse private threads, and full private conversation history, participant lists, and sender identity are not sent by default.

Human final decision: AI does not make the final account-level enforcement decision. Guardian and AI systems may flag, hold, hide, or quarantine content temporarily for safety, but a human moderator or authorised Streemrz staff member will make the final decision for strikes, warnings, suspensions, account locks, permanent bans, and similar enforcement actions, except where immediate temporary technical restrictions are needed to protect the platform or users pending review.

Three-strike framework: For most non-severe offences, Streemrz may use a three-strike approach. Strike one may result in a warning, message/content removal, education, or limited restriction. Strike two may result in stronger restrictions, temporary suspension, loss of messaging access, or other corrective action. Strike three may result in account suspension, account closure, or a ban. Streemrz may consider severity, intent, context, prior behaviour, report history, attempts to evade moderation, and user safety when deciding how strikes are applied.

Immediate account lock or permanent ban: Streemrz is not required to apply three strikes for severe conduct. Streemrz may immediately hide content, quarantine messages, lock accounts, suspend access, permanently ban users, preserve evidence, or report matters to appropriate parties where content or behaviour is grossly offensive to the general public or Streemrz community; hateful, racist, antisemitic, discriminatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, or inciting violence; sexually exploitative or child-safety related; terrorist or extremist; doxxing or privacy-invasive; fraudulent, scam-related, phishing, malware-related, or designed to steal credentials; illegal; or otherwise harmful to users, creators, Streemrz, the platform, or the public.

Reports, appeals, and misuse: Users may report messages they believe breach these Terms. Reports are routed through an audited moderation queue. False, malicious, retaliatory, or abusive reporting may itself be treated as a Terms violation. Streemrz may provide an appeal or review route where practical, but is not required to disclose confidential moderation methods, internal scoring, safety models, staff notes, or anti-abuse tooling where doing so could weaken safety or platform integrity.

19. Updates to These Terms

Streemrz may update these terms as the platform grows. Continued use of Streemrz after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated terms.
