Marketplace public user terms refresh
Marketplace Sellers, Commissioners, Commissions, and Payout Readiness
Streemrz Marketplace digital downloads and custom commission request/bidding surfaces may be available to eligible public users where the relevant Marketplace, Boostz, account-standing, payment, and moderation gates allow access.
- Seller and commissioner agreement: Users creating listings, creating commission requests, bidding on commission requests, or delivering commission work may be required to review and accept the Marketplace seller/commissioner agreement in Account Settings before continuing.
- Commission terms: Commission payments, requests, bids, awards, payment handoff, private commission rooms, delivery, revisions, cancellation, refunds, disputes, and accepted delivery are governed by the visible Commission Terms and the specific commission record.
- Stripe and payout readiness: Commissioners may pay through Stripe checkout where enabled. Creators and commission bidders may need Stripe Connect or an approved payout method before payout release. Stripe Connect onboarding/status collection is separate from Streemrz transfer release.
- Platform fee disclosure: Streemrz may retain a disclosed platform fee from paid digital downloads, commissions, and creator memberships. Creators should review fee/proceeds disclosures before bidding, delivering, or publishing paid items.
- Payment-provider fees and taxes: Stripe fees, card/country/currency effects, taxes, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, cancellations, and legal requirements may affect platform revenue, payout timing, entitlement status, or account review.
- Moderation and risk controls: Streemrz may hide, suspend, remove, review, refund, reverse, or restrict Marketplace items, commission requests, bids, delivery files, users, or payouts for safety, legality, quality, account-standing, fraud, payment, or platform-risk reasons.
Streemrz Dojo desktop and Tier capacity
Dojo Communities, Direct Tegami, Live Media, Notifications, and Tier Limits
Streemrz Dojo is a downloadable desktop client that connects to Streemrz.com and Streemrz-operated Dojo communication services. Use of the desktop client, Direct Tegami, Dojo communities, voice channels, webcam sharing, screen sharing, system-audio sharing, notifications, and related collaboration features is governed by these Terms.
Accounts, sessions, and devices
- You are responsible for devices on which you install or sign in to Streemrz Dojo and for protecting your Streemrz account, OAuth session, local application data, microphone, camera, display-capture, and notification permissions.
- Streemrz may invalidate, refresh, or require reauthentication of a desktop session where identity, security, software-version, entitlement, or account-standing checks fail.
- Desktop notifications may be delivered while the application is minimised or operating from the system tray, subject to your operating-system and application notification settings.
Direct Tegami and community communications
- Direct Tegami, Dojo chat, mentions, reactions, attachments, emotes, Soundboards, and call signalling must not be used for harassment, threats, spam, fraud, malicious links, illegal content, impersonation, or moderation evasion.
- Closing or hiding a Direct Tegami thread for one user does not necessarily erase the other participant’s records, platform safety records, or legally required audit data.
- Streemrz may rate limit, quarantine, remove, retain, or restrict communications where reasonably required for safety, support, abuse prevention, legal compliance, service integrity, or account standing.
Voice, webcam, screen, and system-audio sharing
- You control when Streemrz Dojo requests access to your microphone, camera, display, application window, or system audio. You should stop sharing when the intended communication has ended.
- You must not intentionally expose passwords, financial information, private messages, confidential material, third-party personal data, copyrighted media, or other content you are not authorised to share.
- Live transmission through Dojo does not grant permission to record, copy, publish, rebroadcast, or commercially exploit another person’s image, voice, screen, or content. Where recording or redistribution is planned, you are responsible for giving clear notice and obtaining every consent, licence, or other lawful authority required in the relevant jurisdiction.
- Media quality, bitrate, source availability, system-audio capture, device compatibility, and connection stability depend on your Tier, Dojo Boozt level where applicable, hardware, drivers, operating system, network, and third-party content restrictions.
Sensei and Dojo administration responsibilities
- A Dojo owner or Sensei is responsible for configuring roles, permissions, channels, resident moderation, community rules, emotes, Soundboards, uploaded assets, and access to voice or media features.
- Sensei and moderators must not use administrative powers to facilitate abuse, unlawful surveillance, discriminatory harassment, payment fraud, rights infringement, or evasion of Streemrz enforcement.
- Streemrz may restrict, transfer, archive, suspend, or remove a Dojo, channel, role, resident, asset, or community feature where reasonably required for safety, legality, account standing, payment status, infrastructure protection, or service continuity.
| Owned Dojo capacity | Free / Tier 0 | Basic / Tier 1 | Pro / Tier 2 | Elite / Tier 3 |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Dojos the user may own | 1 | 1 | 3 | 10 |
| Chat channels per owned Dojo | 10 | 20 | 40 | Unlimited |
| Voice channels per owned Dojo | 5 | 10 | 20 | Unlimited |
| People in one voice channel | 5 | 10 | 20 | 100 |
- Owned-Dojo capacity is determined by the effective Streemrz Tier Boostz privileges of the Dojo owner. Joining another person’s Dojo does not consume your ownership allowance.
- Separate Dojo Boozts may control Dojo-wide media quality, emotes, Soundboards, and modular community enhancements. A personal Tier does not automatically create or upgrade a Dojo Boozt level.
- “Unlimited” means no commercial Tier count cap for the stated channel type. Reasonable-use, safety, abuse-prevention, database, infrastructure, and technical controls still apply.
- Streemrz may prevent new Dojo or channel creation, or refuse additional voice admission, after an applicable limit is reached. Existing content may remain available while an account is downgraded, but expansion beyond the effective Tier may be blocked.
- Tier limits, prices, names, and included features may change prospectively. Paid-period retention, downgrade, cancellation, refund, payment-failure, and entitlement rules remain subject to the visible Boostz terms, checkout disclosures, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

2. Accounts, Identity, Roles, and Security
- Account accuracy: You must provide accurate account information and keep login credentials secure.
- Roles and profiles: Streemrz may provide creator, brand, community, seller, staff, veteran/service, and other profile or account roles. You must not misrepresent yourself, your brand, your service history, your creator status, your business, or your rights to uploaded material.
- Secure login and OAuth: Streemrz may support password login, social sign-on, two-factor authentication, connected streaming accounts, and OAuth/API integrations. You are responsible for controlling who can access your devices, credentials, email, and connected platform accounts.
- Account standing: Streemrz may restrict messaging, Marketplace, uploads, public discovery, live discovery, commissions, or other features when an account has standing, safety, payment, moderation, or abuse issues.
- One-user responsibility: Activity performed through your account may be treated as your activity unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
3. Community Conduct and Moderation
- You must not use Streemrz for harassment, threats, intimidation, illegal activity, fraud, impersonation, spam, evasion of moderation, malicious automation, or abuse of other users.
- Streemrz may remove content, limit visibility, suspend features, restrict accounts, block uploads, hide profiles, or terminate accounts where needed for safety, legal compliance, platform integrity, or operational reasons.
- Messaging, comments, collaboration tools, commission rooms, events, and community discovery must be used respectfully and lawfully.
- Streemrz may keep audit records where reasonably needed for abuse prevention, legal compliance, payment disputes, moderation, platform security, or support.
4. Public Profiles, Discovery, Rich Sharing, and Live Status
- Public profiles, profile media, rich share previews, social links, community cards, live badges, and discovery surfaces are optional platform features and may be hidden, limited, or changed by Streemrz.
- Live-status integrations may use public feeds, OAuth, or platform APIs for services such as Rumble, Twitch, YouTube, Kick, Instagram, VPZone, Blaze, Pilled, Odysee, and other future platforms. Availability depends on third-party platform behaviour and API access.
- Rich-share images and metadata may be generated from your profile, avatar, role, social links, and public profile content. Streemrz may cache or regenerate previews for reliability and safety.
- Pending-deletion, restricted, hidden, or moderated users may be removed from profile, community, live, messaging, Marketplace, search, and social discovery surfaces.
5. User Content, Uploads, Assets, and Licence to Operate
- Your responsibility: You are responsible for content you upload, including images, thumbnails, overlays, templates, music, audio, videos, avatars, models, Spritez packs, software tools, code, documents, commission files, profile media, and Marketplace products.
- Rights required: You must own or have the rights, licences, and permissions needed to upload, publish, sell, share, stream, preview, watermark, distribute, or otherwise use uploaded content through Streemrz.
- Operating licence: By uploading content, you grant Streemrz a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, process, transform, thumbnail, watermark, preview, display, stream, distribute, back up, scan, moderate, and provide access to that content as needed to operate Streemrz services.
- Retention after account deletion: Assets associated with an account may remain on the platform after account deletion where needed for Marketplace entitlements, purchases, audit history, legal/payment records, library access, or platform continuity.
- Streemrz Asset attribution: After a deleted account is pruned, retained assets may be reassigned to a platform attribution identity such as Streemrz Asset so future users are not confused with the original uploader if a username later becomes available again.
- Prohibited uploads: You must not upload malicious files, credential stealers, hidden miners, malware, illegal files, stolen assets, infringing works, harmful code, misleading packages, or content that violates third-party rights or Streemrz policy.
6. AI-Assisted Features and Disclosure
Streemrz may include AI-assisted creation, metadata, profile, Marketplace, content-generation, moderation-support, or analysis features. AI features may be experimental and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable outputs.
- You are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs before publishing, selling, uploading, or relying on them.
- Where Streemrz requires AI disclosure, you must accurately state whether Marketplace assets, uploads, descriptions, images, audio, text, or other content used AI assistance.
- AI-generated or AI-assisted content must still respect copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, platform, and legal rules.
- Model/provider names, generation settings, and disclosure state may be stored where needed for audit, buyer transparency, moderation, or Marketplace safety.
7. Streemrz Boostz Subscriptions
- Streemrz Boostz are platform subscription tiers owned by Streemrz and are separate from Marketplace digital downloads, creator memberships, commissions, seller payouts, and creator revenue.
- Tier 0 / Free is not a Stripe subscription. Paid tiers may include Tier 1 / Basic, Tier 2 / Pro, and Tier 3 / Elite.
- Paid Boostz tiers may be offered as recurring monthly or yearly subscriptions where live billing is enabled.
- Upgrades apply immediately after payment confirmation. Downgrade and cancellation requests update the visible subscription tier immediately while already-paid higher-tier privileges remain available until the current paid period ends.
- Cancelling a Boostz subscription prevents renewal and returns the visible subscription tier to Free / Tier 0. If Stripe cannot provide a current paid-period end, Streemrz should fail safely rather than silently perform an unsafe deferred cancellation.
- Stripe/Boostz billing depends on the active live or test environment, configured Product/Price IDs, webhook validation, payment status, and explicit checkout controls.
8. Marketplace Digital Downloads and Library Access
Marketplace products are digital downloads. Digital downloads may include Spritez packs, images, thumbnails, overlays, music, apps, tools, sound effects, stream alerts, templates, avatars, models, editing resources, clipping resources, and other streamer/creator assets.
- Uploaders may choose to offer digital downloads for free or for a listed price where paid sales are enabled.
- A completed purchase or successful free claim creates a library entitlement intended to remain available for the lifetime of the business, subject to platform availability, account standing, legal restrictions, product removal, and these Terms.
- Digital downloads are not physical goods and may be provided as-is unless the listing or policy says otherwise.
- Creators must accurately describe files, supported software, licence terms, restrictions, and any AI assistance or required attribution.
- Streemrz may remove, hide, quarantine, replace, or restrict products for moderation, legal, technical, payment, or safety reasons.
9. Creator Seller Tools, Payouts, and Platform Fees
- Seller tools may include product listings, Spritez pack uploads, commission preferences, seller profiles, terms acceptance, analytics, and payout readiness.
- Paid seller features require acceptance of seller/Marketplace terms and may require Stripe Connect or equivalent payout onboarding, identity checks, tax details, and banking verification.
- Streemrz may retain a platform fee from paid downloads, commissions, and creator memberships. Creator memberships are planned as an 80/20 creator/platform split unless later policy states otherwise.
- Streemrz Boostz subscription revenue is platform revenue and is not the same as a creator membership, Marketplace purchase, commission payment, or payout entitlement.
- Taxes, VAT, sales tax, payment processor fees, chargebacks, refunds, and payout timing may be handled by Streemrz, Stripe, Stripe Tax, or other approved services where required.
10. Commissions and Creator Memberships
- Commission tools may allow buyers to post open or closed requests, creators to bid, buyers to award bids, and awarded creators/buyers to communicate through a private commission room.
- Example previews may be watermarked with Streemrz branding before buyer review.
- Commission delivery, acceptance, change requests, cancellation, disputes, and payout release may require admin tooling and may remain locked until final payment policy is enabled.
- Creator memberships are separate from Boostz and may be purchasable from creator community profiles once enabled.
- Streemrz may pause, cancel, refund, reverse, or review commission or membership flows for support, fraud, payment, safety, or legal reasons.
11. Payments, Refunds, Chargebacks, and Live Launch Controls
- Streemrz may use Stripe or another payment provider for subscriptions, digital downloads, commissions, creator memberships, and other paid features.
- Paid public launch must be deliberate. Live keys, live Product/Price IDs, live webhook secrets, tax/receipt handling, and live-payment flags must be configured together.
- Streemrz must not intentionally use sandbox Product/Price IDs for live billing or mix test and live Stripe configuration.
- Digital downloads may be non-refundable once accessed or downloaded unless required by law, payment-provider rules, or a specific written policy.
- Chargebacks, payment failures, suspected fraud, refunds, disputed commissions, or payment-provider restrictions may lead to account, entitlement, or payout review.
12. Messaging, Events, Collaboration, and Notifications
- Streemrz may provide private messaging, attachments, polls, reactions, notification feeds, event applications, calendar features, creator collaborations, and community tools.
- Users should not use these tools for spam, harassment, fraud, illegal content, malicious links, or evading moderation.
- Streemrz may purge deleted messages, retain safety/audit records, restrict attachments, block recipients, hide pending-deletion accounts, or limit users based on account standing.
- Event and collaboration participation may be accepted, rejected, withdrawn, cancelled, or moderated by organisers or Streemrz.
13. Spritez, Dojo, Cloud Sync, Overlays, and Integrations
- Spritez, Dojo, cloud sync, overlays, chat integrations, alerts, and streaming tools may depend on local software, browser permissions, OAuth connections, API keys, third-party platforms, websockets, storage services, or user configuration.
- Third-party platform APIs and websites can change, fail, rate limit, revoke access, or block automation without Streemrz control.
- You are responsible for using integrations in compliance with each third-party platform’s rules and applicable law.
- Streemrz may disable integrations or features that become unsafe, unreliable, non-compliant, or commercially impractical.
14. Privacy, Data Handling, and Security Expectations
- Streemrz aims to be privacy-conscious and does not sell personal data to advertisers.
- Streemrz may process account data, OAuth tokens, profile information, platform links, uploads, messages, purchases, entitlements, logs, audit events, and payment metadata to operate the service.
- Sensitive tokens and credentials should be stored securely where supported, but no internet platform can guarantee perfect security.
- You should keep backups of important creative work, downloads, overlays, configurations, account records, and uploaded content.
- Further privacy detail may be provided in a separate Privacy Policy or data-processing notice.
15. Account Deletion and Reactivation
- Users may request account deletion where the feature is available.
- After deletion is requested, the account is hidden immediately from normal public profile, community, search, live-status, messaging, Marketplace, and discovery surfaces.
- The account remains in a 30-day grace period. Secure login within that 30-day period may reactivate the account and cancel deletion.
- After 30 days, Streemrz will prune ALL personal account/auth/OAuth/session data. You will need to create a new account after this date. Your current username may no longer be available.
- Assets, entitlements, orders, purchases, commissions, payout/audit records, legal/payment records, and platform continuity records may remain after personal account pruning.
- Retained uploaded assets may be attributed to Streemrz Asset after pruning so a future user with the same or similar username is not confused with the original uploader.
16. Availability, Changes, and Feature Limits
Streemrz services may change over time. Features may be added, renamed, limited, placed behind Boostz tiers, moved, paused, restricted to staff/UAT, or discontinued. Streemrz may impose storage quotas, upload limits, cloud-sync limits, rate limits, account-standing restrictions, Marketplace limits, and subscription-tier limits.
17. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Streemrz services, software, downloads, marketplace items, integrations, overlays, AI-assisted features, live-status checks, and community content are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Streemrz LLC and its administrators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, lost-profit, lost-data, or business-interruption damages arising from your use of Streemrz.
You are responsible for backing up your own files, stream assets, configurations, account data, creative work, and downloaded content.
18. Updates to These Terms
Streemrz may update these Terms as the platform grows. Continued use of Streemrz after updated terms become effective means you accept the updated Terms. Where required or appropriate, Streemrz may ask users to accept new terms before using specific features.
